POST: Head of Adult Complex Needs Service

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior Clinician to take a senior and important managerial role in the Adult Complex Needs Dept at the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust .

  • The postholder will work with the Director of Adult and Forensic Services to lead, manage and develop the Adult Complex Needs Service through a process of ongoing service redesign, development and implementation of new projects (4 sessions). The postholder will promote and develop a culture of Quality Improvement (QI) within the department.
  • In addition the postholder will work at a senior level as a clinician, supervisor, and member of senior staff in the Complex Needs Service (1 session).
  • The post will be based at the Tavistock Centre in London NW3.
