The Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust is looking for an experienced and motivated student recruitment manager to oversee and enhance the delivery of the student recruitment service to the Trust’s Postgraduate level training programmes.

The post holder will be responsible for all aspects of student recruitment from the point of enquiry, to the point of acceptance of an offer of study.  They will undertake the day-to-day line management of the Student Recruitment Advisory team to ensure a professional and efficient service delivery across multiple Postgraduate training courses, delivered within London and across the UK and Europe.

This fundamental role within the Student Recruitment and Marketing team will act as a Deputy to the Head of Student Recruitment and Marketing as required, leading the annual planning of recruitment to the Trust’s training programmes, and will also be responsible for the management of the application section of MyTAP, our student information management system that uses the SITS platform.
