This is an exciting opportunity to join the Dean's Office in the Department of Education & Training. The post holder will provide full administrative support to our Associate Dean for Learning and Teaching, our Associate Dean for Academic Governance and Quality Assurance, and our Director of Marketing and Communications. They will be adept at planning and prioritising to a high level, experienced at effective management of diaries and using judgement when balancing competing and complex commitments. They will also provide administrative support to the Dean’s Office by preparing documents for meetings and taking minutes.
