Haringey Thinking Space aims to improve mental health and well-being through providing open-access therapeutic groups (“Thinking Spaces”) in areas where local people can come together to talk about things which are affecting them and consider how these could be best addressed.

This is an opportunity to join and lead the Haringey Thinking Space service and will be responsible for representing Thinking Space, managing staff and ensuring that the Service delivers a high standard of service to the diverse communities it serves. This will include recruiting, managing staff and volunteers, training and supervising staff, volunteers and trainees, and developing and maintaining good working relationships with commissioners and partner agencies. The Thinking Space Manager will also ensure that the Thinking Space practice model is maintained, participants are safe and appropriately supported. S/he will liaise with relevant agencies and represent Thinking Space at meetings within the Trust, London Borough of Haringey and at other meetings in line with the interests and needs of the Service.
