Lead Administrator Living Well Team, H&S and Quality Improvement
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced individual to join the corporate division. This is a part-time role advertised on a substantive basis. The primary role of the post holder is to ensure the smooth running of the Living Well service, Trust Quality Improvement (QI) processes and Health and Safety systems. The successful candidate will be required to adopt a proactive and dynamic approach to supporting the Physical Health Specialist Practitioner, Health and Safety Manager and three Quality Improvement Leads.
Tasks will include the processing of internal physical health referrals and being the first point of contact for potential referrers, staff, patients and their relatives, confirming appointments and maintaining relevant paperwork and electronic systems. Working closely with the Physical Health Specialist Practitioner the successful candidate would be trained to conduct screening for sleep interventions and would be expected to be an active member of the team, contributing to the ongoing development of the service.
Support for the Health and Safety Manager will include coordinating meetings, organising agendas and papers, taking minutes and supporting the development of Health and Safety organisational policies and processes. The Quality Improvement (QI) function will also include meeting functions, managing the QI inbox and the QI page on the Trust intranet and proactively monitoring outstanding QI tasks, liaising appropriately with relevant staff.
This is a varied role which would suit someone who is organised and systematic but also confident and out-going and who can work with minimal supervision.
