Following the resignation of a very well regarded and experienced team member we are looking to recruit a successor.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and development HR team and gain exposure across a range of HR service areas.

As the successful post holder you will be responsible for all of the Trust’s transactional HR services including recruitment, an in-house bank, HR administration, payroll contract management, workforce information and learning and development. You will have a well developed customer service ethos ensuring that the services are delivered to the highest standard and within a set of agreed and developing key performance indicators.

With an established team you will provide leadership and instil our directorate ethos of developing talent and facilitating progression.

Through this role you will also be given scope and opportunity to collaborate with other London trusts through the sustainability and transformation partnership work taking place across north central London.
