Do you have an innovative and creative approach to developing business?
We are looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to play a key role in planning and delivering on our Trust portfolio, including clinical and education & training services.
The post requires an all-rounder who can proactively identify and analyse business opportunities, apply robust understanding of commercial techniques and form outstanding relationships with key stakeholders across the broader UK health environment. You will offer an inventive approach to business cases with sound knowledge of the Trust wide business and market space. You will play an integral part in our high performing team in bids and tender management, preparing market analysis and marketing plans alongside contributing to new product development in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
The right candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and ideally some exposure to the mental health sector, wider NHS and/or higher education. With a clear proactivity and flexibility in your work, you will be comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and delivering on time and on quality. A proven track record of completing complex projects including working with finance, our next Business Development Manager will thrive in an ambitious and engaged team of professionals and wish to be a part of something.
