The Gender Identity Development Service for Children and Adolescents (GIDS) is looking for creative and thoughtful clinicians to join us in our work supporting young people who are exploring their gender identity. GIDS has two main centres in London and Leeds, with regional teams in Bristol and Birmingham and an outreach clinic in Exeter.

We offer a thorough induction, ongoing support and training forums including regular supervision and CPD sessions, clinical case discussion groups and reflective practice.  We are working hard to improve our engagement with all members of the team.

GIDS is currently going through a period of transformation, which makes this an ideal time to join for someone who wants to contribute to service development and help to share our future as a world-leading specialist service.

If you are interested in our work and joining our team, we’d love to hear from you.  We embrace and value diversity and would welcome applications from all backgrounds and experiences.
